Position: Digital & Social Coordinator, Bell Media
Location: In Office ; 260 Richmond Street West, Toronto, ON
Job Status: Regular – Full Time
Hours of Work: 7.5 hours/day (Monday - Friday)
- Support iHeartRadio National Team with digital, social media, video and mobile strategies to meet the goals set for our teams
- Daily Video, Audio and Social production with National Talent
- Produce and maintain the best digital content to enhance our brands across all platforms. This includes repurposing on air content for digital consumption and creation of new original content
- Help develop and execute digital and social masterplan for National Talent and brands
- Conduct regular learning sessions with the talent to escalate performance on digital
- Monitor social and digital channels to ensure talent is on track and hitting benchmarks
- Be responsible for collection and presentation of analytics
- Work with iHeartRadio digital team to assist with website and video & audio content strategies, creation, design and editing
- Liaise with Programming, Promotions and Digital colleagues in a professional, accommodating and service oriented manner
- A University degree, College diploma or Work Experience in a related field
- Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere)
- Mastery of Social Media
- Experience with working with a CMS to publish content
- Experience working with Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Sharp eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Mature, strong work ethic, engaged, enthusiastic, and open to learning
