Overview
Partner with a team of brokers to provide ongoing management of a variety of real estate transaction activities for a portfolio of properties across various clients. The ideal candidate is someone who likes to work in a collaborative, team environment where their contributions are visible and have a direct impact on our clients. This person is very detail-oriented and enjoys playing a key role in the achievement of our clients’ real estate goals through the facilitation of smooth transactions. We are seeking a self-motivated thinker who excels at creating systems and improving processes and can strategically manage their tasks without much direction.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with clients to understand strategic real estate goals and assists with project initiation, scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities and milestones
- Works closely with brokerage team to recommend, develop and implement transaction strategies (including lease renewals, new site acquisitions, disposition of space, etc.)
- Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract signing through closing with senior broker.
- Conducts and manages searches of available space for clients across various markets by leading inquires with leasing teams to confirm available space, lease rate, size, floorplans, term and other information for client’s requirements and timeline
- Works closely with a Client Services Coordinators to provide information for market surveys, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) responses, etc.
- Prepares market comparable reports, proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, etc.
- Coordinates with stakeholders (e.g., local market brokers, leasing team, etc.) to ensure timely transaction completion.
- Understands how to review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis to enable clients to make informed decisions.
- Monitors and maintains a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion.
- Prepares reports and makes presentations to relevant parties.
- Provides oversight of multiple accounts.
- Other reasonable duties may be added as required.
Qualifications
- College degree
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Real Estate broker license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
- Ability to effectively present information to colleagues and clients
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
