Summary
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Junior IT Analyst to join our IT and Compliance Team to support the organization’s IT operations. Working closely with the IT Lead, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to enhance IT efficiency and security at ACTO.
In This Role You Will
- Work with the IT Lead to maintain and update records of software licenses and hardware assets
- Track inventory levels, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of IT resources
- Support all end-user devices and provide first-level support to end-users for IT-related queries and issues
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding process by setting up hardware, software, and accounts for new and current employees
- Support the IT Lead with evidence gathering for all regulatory requirements of different frameworks for the organization to improve overall information security compliance
- Configure, deploy, and manage endpoints using the organization's MDM platform and ensure compliance with security policies and manage updates, app deployments, and device troubleshooting
To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Need
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Google suite, and other day to day systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT issues efficiently
- Understanding of hardware, software and operating systems
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for managing IT support requests
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and IT compliance standards
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as firewalls, anti-virus, and encryption

- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Experience and/or interest in Life Sciences
