Overview:
A person working in a team environment helping to ensure mortgages close as promised and on time. Customer expectations are to be exceeded throughout the mortgage process, enhancing the relationship of the Mortgage Broker with both Clients and Referral Partners.

Must be Willing to Learn:
- The process of underwriting mortgage approvals and pre-approvals
- Gathering and reviewing mortgage documents
- Assisting clients through the mortgage process
- Updating and maintaining client files (including data entry)
- Communication with clients, lenders, and referral sources (including updates throughout the process)
- Managing multiple clients at once and meeting clients’ timelines
- Managing email for the office and Principal Broker
- Managing and organizing the internal database system
- Event planning as required
- Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Approach work with professional conduct
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong typing and computer skills
- High level of discretion required in dealing with confidential matters
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Previous administrative experience is an asset and mortgage experience is required
- Experience in the following is considered an asset: Finance, Zoho/BluMortgage, Salesforce/Jungo, G Suite, Mortgages and/or Real Estate, Microsoft Office
