Reporting to: Senior Supply Planning Manager

Responsibilities

Place purchase orders as required based on demand and reschedule and expedite as demand changes.
Monitor vendor production schedules and vendor capacity to identify and plan for risk to delivery time and over-capacity situations.
Master S&OP process, handle demand reviews and supply reviews.
Manage multiple expectations while collaborating with cross functional teams.
Foster new and existing business relationships by having a thorough understanding of customers’ needs.
Manage planning and purchasing by using MRP functionalities.
Ensure production teams consistently have sufficient ingredients, equipment, components process operations smoothly.

Maintain dashboards.
Coordinate with suppliers daily to secure products, discuss product orders updates, changes in delivery
Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.
Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
Other duties as assigned.

Profile

University degree or college diploma in supply chain or related field-required
2+ years of hands-on experience in demand & supply chain preferably within food manufacturing and/or beverages
Demonstrated success in problem solving, and prioritizing demand planning strategic initiatives
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at different levels
Financial acumen and proven analytical and process skills
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Excel (Microsoft Suite of Applications, Dynamics AX), and instructional software
Skill in organization, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks
