Job Summary
The Customer Service/Administration Representative is a professional, responsible, and customer satisfaction-orientated individual who handles mainly in-bound and occasional out-bound calls with a high degree of customer service and sensitivity. There are many opportunities for growth within our company and we are looking for individuals that can grow with us!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer service calls and contact customers about their accounts
- Assist with client related payment solutions in an engaging and professional manner
- Document client calls accurately
- Adhere to the company policies and procedures
- Resolving of customer account discrepancies
- Compliance of strict guidelines regarding privacy and protection of client information
- Meet and exceed performance expectations

Customer Service experience is needed, and professional training is provided!

- Prior experience with customer service and administration
- An ability to work flexible shifts is a must
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience in a call center or customer service environments is a plus
