Position Overview
- Responsible for supporting a KAM to grow our Canadian Retail accounts with a focus on the largest accounts including Loblaws
- Manage day-to-day relationships
- Develop sales materials and pitch decks for new launches at line reviews
- Monitor and optimize trade investments
- Sales forecasting – developing monthly forecasts based on retail sales and providing updates to the vendors that produce our products.
- Support brokers and field staff as they manage major accounts.
- Prepare sample shipments and item set-up documents for new products and major accounts.
- Compile and distribute reports and information related to key accounts
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing programs, such as new displays and customer merch programs

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, College diploma, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years related experience in a similar role working with Loblaws, Sobeys, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart and their backend systems, is a plus.
- Strong team player with persuasive communication skills
- Experience in reviewing and optimizing promotional investments including working with our market insights analyst to ensure data driven decision making
- CPG and/or coffee industry experience is a plus
