We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with outstanding communication, time management, adminstrative and organizational skills to join our team at our office in Central Etobicoke.
Job Specifications/Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Partners with adminsitrative duties.
- Contact and communicate with corporate clients.
- Manage documentation.
- Review accuracy of documentation.
- Provide professional support.
- Other professional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
