They are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Investment Operations Associate to bolster their esteemed Client Services team located in Vancouver.
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Proactively communicate with institutional and retail clients and other stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive information about the funds.
- Participate in client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Know-Your-Client/Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Maintain accurate client databases and activity records.
2) Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate closely with global client service teams, operations units, and business entities.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
3) Take ownership of critical responsibilities throughout the transaction cycle of the funds.
- Verify client transactions thoroughly.
- Validate sensitive client information.
4) Drive impactful projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and introducing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the dedicated technology team to implement improvements.

Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- 1-3 years of professional experience, including internships or co-op placements, demonstrating success and progression.
- Preferred: Interest in the investment industry, enrollment in or completion of the CFA or CPA program (advantageous but not mandatory).
