Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of Avebelle Clinic. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks, handle client inquiries, and ensure our front area is always welcoming and tidy. Your excellent customer service skills will be key in providing a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in person and over the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage all electronic inquiries, phone calls, and in-person visits.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with the consultant nurse as needed for more complex inquiries.
- Process transactions and handle client checkouts efficiently.
- Keep the front desk area and displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring proper shipping and handling.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service, ideally in a medical or spa environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an additional asset.
