Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from appointment scheduling to follow-up care. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of aesthetic treatments and clinic procedures.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule and confirm clients appointments using office software such as MindBody and Google sheet.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and messages effectively.
- Maintain accurate clinet records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Provide information regarding services, procedures, and insurance coverage to patients.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate client care and manage clinic flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cosmetic clinic setting is required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
