Required Experience:
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is essential. We prefer candidates with experience in outside sales, B2B, or sectors like assisted living or high-ticket products.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools and competence in virtual meetings and presentations.
- Lead Generation: Ability to use various tools, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking, to generate leads.
- Sales Process Management: Understanding how to manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to follow-up and client acquisition.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple clients and schedules effectively.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required): Healthcare or home care experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker if you have the right qualities.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
- Generating new leads through networking, outreach, and referral sources.
- Building relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
- Understanding client needs through effective questioning and problem-solving.
- Managing and advancing sales leads through the pipeline while maintaining high standards of organization.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals, using your persistence and creative thinking.
- Continuously improving your skills through coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities.
