Required Experience:

Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is essential. We prefer candidates with experience in outside sales, B2B, or sectors like assisted living or high-ticket products.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools and competence in virtual meetings and presentations.
Lead Generation: Ability to use various tools, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking, to generate leads.
Sales Process Management: Understanding how to manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to follow-up and client acquisition.
Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple clients and schedules effectively.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required): Healthcare or home care experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker if you have the right qualities.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

Generating new leads through networking, outreach, and referral sources.
Building relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
Understanding client needs through effective questioning and problem-solving.
Managing and advancing sales leads through the pipeline while maintaining high standards of organization.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals, using your persistence and creative thinking.
Continuously improving your skills through coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities.
