Job Description:
Are you a skilled and experienced Online System Support Analyst looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Our client, a leading multinational eCommerce company, is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team on an initial 3-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 technical support to internal and external users related to Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management System).
- Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to online systems, software applications, and hardware.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear explanations.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or specialists when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with IT team members to address system-wide problems.
- Provide off-hour support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Online System Support Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management System).
- Understanding of integrations from a troubleshooting perspective.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
