The Coordinator works collaboratively with an integrated team that delivers brand experiences in-store. We are looking for someone excited about supporting these experiences, working with exciting clients and major retailer contacts, and managing client deliverables on behalf of the brands we represent. The Coordinator will manage a team of Brand Ambassadors in field to deliver against program and client objectives. Essential Functions of this Position:
- Hire, Train and Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors within designated region.
- Work with regional clients to build store schedule and staff against schedule with brand ambassador team
- Complete daily and weekly reporting
- Manage payroll and expenses for team
- Completion of final reporting documents for the Client Service Team
- General administration duties to support the in-retail programming
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s degree advertising, marketing, or related field.

- Must possess the ability to be a strong leader, self-motivated and self-starter
- Strong communication skills, speaking ability and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously
- Assertive team player and proven sense of urgency
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines
- Experience working in Excel
- Must have full access to a car and comfortable driving within designated territory for field visits
- Will work from client office 1 day per week, 4 days per week at home office and in field for coaching field visits within territory
