About the Team
The International New Verticals team is all about expanding DoorDash beyond Restaurants in International markets, and helping deliver anything our Customers want. Our International Catalog, Fulfillment and Logistics team has three major mandates to effectively onboard merchants, fulfill every order with speed & accuracy and improve our logistics network. We are able to do this by identifying efficiencies, building product toolings and launching operational processes at scale. You will own metrics and pull operational levers to drive impactful results across our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail international businesses.
About the Role
Join our International New Verticals Strategy & Operations (S&O) team as a
Catalog Specialist and play a vital role in optimizing our grocery, convenience, alcohol, and retail catalogs across Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you'll ensure that we display complete and accurate Mx catalogs on DoorDash, run audits to improve category taxonomy and brand accuracy, and conduct deep-dives to identify catalog issues. You'll collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges and drive improvements, ensuring customers have a seamless and accurate shopping experience. You will report into the Canada New Verticals Senior Associate, Catalog & Quality.
The role is traditionally Mon-Fri regular hours, however there may be some occasional holiday/weekend work required to support key initiatives (Holiday/Penalty rates will apply). In this case, requirements will be communicated in advance.

- Execute – Support execution across key quality initiatives, including comprehensive catalog audits, store setup configuration checks, order-level audits and subscale in-app and out-of-app experiments to improve customer quality.
- Build – Implement scalable initiatives and best practices to improve quality across the New Verticals business in International markets.
- Analyze – Leverage data whenever possible to inform your hypothesis as well as build models using tools like Excel and SQL to evaluate the strategic costs and benefits of various programs and experiments.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
