- Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads in a high-volume environment using calls, emails, salesforce, and live chat
- Outbound Relationship calling to travel agents and other prospect lists
- Working to Sales KPI’s and achieving/exceeding monthly sales targets
- Processing bookings from enquiry level through to taking a deposit and confirming the booking
- Delivering the highest standard of Customer Service - our motto is to go above & beyond
- Use varied and creative sales techniques to convert bookings and deliver outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our Salesforce CRM for a successful transition to the Client Service team
- Strong sales background with experience and success in a previous sales position, ideally from within the travel industry, although this is not a pre-requisite
- The highest level of tenacity, curiosity, and a strong work ethic with a drive to self-develop skills
- Proven track record of hitting monthly sales targets
- Excellent listening, storytelling, and communication skills, and the ability to use this to bring travel experiences to life
- Genuine passion for excellence in customer care
- Demonstrable geographical knowledge and a passion for adventure travel
