About Feet First Clinic:
Feet First Clinic is located in the Bloor West Village, Toronto (a 2-minute walk from Jane Subway satiation). We offer chiropody services and currently have 5 licensed chiropodists on staff. Feet First Clinic is a family-friendly, foot clinic that provides treatments and assessments, specializing in treating conditions affecting the feet, toes, and ankles. We are a fast-paced, serviced-oriented/patient-focused one-stop shop for all foot care needs that prides itself on being both foot clinic and shoe store, buddled into one.

Through our comprehensive services, we take a proactive and preventative approach to patient care that addresses foot health from all angles. Position Summary:
Feet First Clinic is looking for an Administrative Assistant (full-time and/or part-time) to join our dynamic team!
The candidate will provide professional administrative support to the patients and walk-in clients along with support where required to ensure that the administrative functions of the clinic are carried out in an efficient, effective, and timely manner. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position and carries out all assigned responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
Duties include:
General customer service, communication, and organization
Welcoming patients – in person, through email, phone calls\
Patient management - check-in/out, receive payments,
Patient scheduling – promotion of services, booking, rescheduling, follow ups
Communication – is paramount for quality service - With customers and patients (answer phones, emails); With practitioners; With management
Complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner
Clinic maintenance – maintain pristine clinic presentation, manage supplies, clean and tidy the clinic and treatment rooms
Various administrative tasks and errands
Input product and medical supplies inventory
Maintain visual merchandise and replenish demo shoes/ products when necessary. Ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and displayed
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Positive attitude, pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone
- Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member to achieve desired results
- Ability to maintain client and center confidentiality
- Strong applied knowledge in computer applications
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations in a calm manner
- Proven proficiency in English grammar, with excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Communication skills in other languages are an asset
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
