Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves a blend of customer service, sales, clerical, and general office duties. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and order processing.
Attendance and set-up of occasional trade shows on various weekends, some requiring travel.
Manage inventory and ensure products are well-organized.
Perform general office duties, including inventory maintenance, data entry, and office supply management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the jewelry or retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and a team player.
