Inproheat Industries Ltd. is a Western Canadian-based company with a wide variety of specialties. We are an OEM designer and manufacturer of environmentally compliant submerged combustion systems SUBCOM ® www.subcom.ca coffee oxidizing equipment, air heating equipment and heat-treat furnaces. We also supply a wide range of wholesale level refractory / chemical materials and products, thermal NOx equipment, industrial pumps, heat exchangers, crushers, and many other fine products used in the foundry, mining, and manufacturing sectors.
About the role:
This role will be responsible for driving business growth, promoting our products, and helping our clients find the best solutions for their needs. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Promote and sell our diverse range of products and services, including proprietary and third-party equipment such as submerged combustion systems, burners, industrial heat exchangers, process heater solutions, and steam generators
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for technical and product-related inquiries
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and pricing while ensuring alignment with company policies
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth across all product lines
- Identify new business opportunities by staying ahead of market trends, building a strong sales pipeline, and developing long-term partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to refine sales tactics and enhance service offerings
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
- Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance using CRM tools, providing regular updates to the sales manager
- Perform other tasks as required to support sales objectives
About you:
You will have a strong technical background and a passion for sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and close deals in the industrial combustion and heating sector. We are looking for an individual with:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering preferred, but not required
- Experience in Technical sales experience
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial heating systems, combustion technology, process heaters, heat exchangers, pumps, and related equipment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and building customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Sales Incentive Plan
