We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in EATON CENTRE - $20 per hour + commission. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Engage in technology and medical sales by staying knowledgeable about the latest products and trends.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to selling, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience with product demos or technology sales is a plus.
