At OpenSports, we provide great software to help sports organizations run their businesses. From soccer to volleyball to pickleball, our software makes it easy to run leagues, tournaments, and pickup games. Our clients are sports organizations across North America and Australia.
We believe sports bring people together, and we’re looking for someone to help grow our brand, engage our customers, and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
The Role
You’ll be working closely with sports organizers, teams, and leagues to help them succeed on OpenSports. Your work will drive growth, engagement, and retention by:
- Creating engaging content and documentation – Tutorials, social posts, emails, blogs, and videos that showcase our products
- Helping customers succeed – Answering questions, solving problems, and guiding them to the right solutions
- Capturing customer stories – Talking to leagues & teams, sharing success stories, and building case studies
- Growing our brand & community – Finding creative ways to reach and engage sports organizers
- Turning feedback into action – Working with the product team to improve our platform based on real user needs
- Building partnerships & driving sales – Introducing OpenSports to leagues and teams that could benefit from it

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
