BMW Toronto is currently hiring for a full time receptionist!
We are seeking a motivated individual with an outgoing positive attitude to perform reception duties for a busy car dealership; someone who embraces new challenges and responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: greeting and assisting all guests, answering incoming call via switch, email correspondence, handling mail and customer service.
This candidate must be friendly, outgoing, organized with the ability to multi task under pressure.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls via switchboard
- Directing all customer inquiries accordingly
- Greeting all customers in the dealership
- Debit and cash transactions
- Handling mail and couriers
- Preparing/maintaining the coffee area for guests and performing maintenance on the machine when needed
- All other general reception duties
- This candidate must be flexible to work day, evening and Saturday shifts as scheduled.
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds- Ignite, One Eighty, Microsoft office and Avaya is an asset.
Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is an asset
