About This Team
The Marketing Analytics & BI team leads attribution approaches and measurement of the impact of marketing activities. We work closely with teams across the company to drive data driven optimization and campaign execution decisions to support overall lululemon goals. The environment is fast paced and agile to get things done quickly while putting guest experience first.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
The Marketing Science Analyst will enable reliable, scalable reporting for our stakeholders through the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of BI dashboards and underlying datasets, and will aid in stakeholder understanding of business performance through the completion of ad-hoc analyses.
- Build and enhance reporting datasets using SQL, and automate refreshes of these datasets using basic Python commands
- Produce emotive data visualizations and manage enterprise BI and reporting on marketing performance
- Engage with stakeholders to identify and refine project requirements, centered on addressing underlying business problems
- Evaluate the quality of new and existing source data delivered by engineering partners and provide actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a data driven role
- Proficient in communicating action-oriented results from complex data analysis
- Strong in SQL programing with minimum 1 year practical experience
- Proficient in understanding of statistical concepts, and programing in a statistical language (R or Python)
- Strong in data visualization tools like PowerBI

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$105,800 - $128,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
