We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Field Sales Marketer to join our employment agency. The ideal candidate will excel in promoting our services to businesses and individuals, building strong relationships, and driving client acquisition through direct marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to potential clients, including businesses and job seekers, to promote the agency's employment services.
- Present and explain the benefits of partnering with the agency for staffing, recruitment, or job placement solutions.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures and flyers to potential clients.
- Identify and generate leads, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups with interested businesses or individuals to discuss tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, industries, and communities to expand the agency’s presence.
- Achieve set sales and marketing targets within the assigned territory.
- Provide daily reports on outreach activities, feedback from clients, and market insights to the management team.
- Represent the agency professionally and uphold its reputation for quality service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a variety of clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the local job market and industries is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in achieving targets.
- Physically able to walk door-to-door and carry promotional materials.
- Basic knowledge of employment services, recruitment, or staffing (training will be provided).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
