Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts with various customer bases across the greater Vancouver area
- Provide superior customer service to customers and clients
- Demonstrate sales expertise by adding new customer base while also nurturing strong relationships with existing clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their needs to provide them with personally tailored solutions
- Provide comprehensive and accurate product information to customers
- Identify and address customer concerns
- Collaborate and support the sales and management teams in developing strategies for business development
- Must be dedicated to cultivating a team environment that encourages and rewards honesty, professionalism, respect and inclusion
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
- Motivated about an uncapped commission structure with additional bonuses
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, analyze and read customers to provide innovative customer solutions
- Outgoing and energetic personality that easily allows you to connect with customers and clients
- Capable of working well in a team and independently
- Customer service oriented - ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients
- Responsible, proactive, accountable
- Goal oriented
- Must be looking an in person role (not work from home) and full time hours
- Tenacious, innovative, and possess superior sales skills
