Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sale Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the sale of properties that are in the pre-construction or development phase. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the process of purchasing properties before they are fully constructed, offering expert advice and insights on the benefits and potential of such investments.
Responsibilities:
- Promote pre-sale properties through various channels, including networking events, social media platforms, and direct client engagements.
- Educate clients on the advantages of pre-sale investments, including potential for appreciation, customization options, and early pricing benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developments in the area, and changes in regulations that may impact pre-sale properties.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless and informative buying process.
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions in a transparent and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with developers, construction teams, and other real estate professionals to ensure accurate and timely information is relayed to clients.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients.
- Conduct site visits and virtual tours to showcase properties and developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a strong focus on pre-sales.
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market and pre-construction sales processes.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid real estate agent license.
- Proficiency in CRM software and real estate platforms.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to cater to a diverse client base.
