We’re looking for an experienced BDR to drive Tingono’s pipeline creation by blending traditional business development with digital marketing and social media to energize and scale our demand generation efforts.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone creative, self-driven, and eager to make a significant impact in a startup environment. - Drive business development that results in actionable sales pipeline
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers at SaaS and subscription companies who can benefit from Tingono.
- Reach out via personalized emails, LinkedIn, and other creative approaches.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build trust and brand awareness through social media
- Maintain Tingono’s day-to-day social media presence
- Collaborate with our CEO and marketing team to craft compelling messaging that resonates with prospects (including ghostwriting for the CEO when needed).
- Continuously improve our outreach strategies by sharing insights and feedback with the team.
Who You Are
This role is perfect for a social media-savvy BDR eager to grow in a startup environment. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has demonstrated success driving brand awareness and actionable pipeline through creative multi-channel campaigns
- Loves thinking outside the box to solve challenges.
- Excels at building relationships and engaging with people.
- Is passionate about technology and dedicated to customer success.
- Is organized, proactive, and thrives on taking initiative.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, BDR, or social media selling roles (but we’re open to other relevant experiences).
- Proven ability to craft professional messaging for leaders and executives.
- Familiarity with tools like CRMs (HubSpot), AI writing tools (Copy.ai, Lavender), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
