What Would You Be Doing?
- Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, Supervisors, and the visitors
- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
- Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures
- Process the mail, distribute incoming invoices to the appropriate Manager, and cheques to Accounting etc.,
- Perform general office duties (order supplies, business cards filing, etc.)
- Manage and forward or respond to Customer Support Emails
- Maintain Office Equipment (Copiers, telephone systems, etc.)
- Liaise with Building Management for general upkeep of the Office space and access (Access cards, general maintenance needs, etc.)
- Other general office duties as required
