Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. They will be responsible for expanding our business, finding new clients, and pursuing opportunities in the market to bring in business.
Sales Responsibilities
- Expand networking opportunities and identify new business prospects.
- Qualify leads, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Actively pursue and engage with prospective clients to promote our products.
- Organize events to bring potential clients and establish new partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Marketing Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Manage our Instagram account by creating and posting engaging content, interacting with the audience, and promoting the business.
- Monitor and respond to reviews on Google.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on market research.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, suggest process improvements, and contribute to team success.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and innovations to serve clients better and remain competitive.
Experience
- A post-secondary education in interior design, marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred; however, a combination of relevant work experience and education will also be considered.
- Proven experience in outside sales or marketing roles, preferably within the cabinetry sector or home improvement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for events or client meetings.
