XYON Health is looking for a Part Time eCommerce Operations Specialist to join the team based at our Vancouver office location (hybrid).

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing & eCommerce, you will support day-to-day website content management, promotion set-up, product catalogue maintenance and set-up, as well as onsite merchandising for both the DTC stores and from time to time, Amazon. You will cross functionally communicate heavily with Operations/Logistics, Customer Experience, Brand, Digital Marketing, and Product teams staying in lock step. Primarily with the Brand/Creative teams as you will own all briefing against the campaign calendar for the year for onsite content and enhancements in the growth plan.
You are full of ideas, organized, and love eCommerce project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage and own all website content; this includes planning, briefing, and uploading of all creative content onsite as it pertains to digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Audit and initiate projects, including the broefing to level up content pages across the website from About Us to FAQs, Blogs etc.
- Support execution of digital campaigns by briefing in all onsite content needs, uploading imagery and copy, as well as detail page optimization, and building out A+ content for Amazon.
- Support eCommerce Operations projects and initiatives as they relate to xyonhealth.com and marketplace workplans.
- Manage open cases in Amazon Seller Central. Provide data or information requested by seller support, follow instructions provided by seller support to fix listings, and close cases appropriately.
- Initiates bug and enhancement tickets through JIRA and coordinates with Agile Project Manager on sprint planning.
- Coordinate as necessary with Production/Fulfillment teams to ensure products are in-stock, and that product arrives on time in fulfillment centers.
- Work on other duties as assigned. This is an ever-evolving role and adaptability will be the key to success.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in eCommerce/Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined education & experience
Minimum 2 years’ direct eCommerce (Shopify) experience
Amazon Seller Central experience (additional marketplace experience considered an asset)
High level of experience in managing project deadlines
Proficient level knowledge with Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of sprint management platforms such as Asana, JIRA, and GitLab
