We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. Your daily interactions throughout the company will be instrumental in the business process and productivity of the sales organization. You could expect to use your skills to track sales leads, coordinate quotes, provide data and reporting, utilize, and improve processes, and assist in managing customer accounts. You will be a significant contributor to an exceptional internal and external customer experience.
The needs of our customers are also evolving with regards to the way they procure product and services. Responsibilities
- Key contact between customers, sales executives, vendors, BCH branches, purchasing and finance.
- Maintain and manage customer expectations as well as being the escalation partner for customers.
- Ensures smooth day-to-day operations and assists in implementing sales strategies.
- Source special order product for customers, provide back-order substitute suggestions and forward to local CSR team to execute.
- Create open order and sales history reports and other administrative duties.
- Manage and keep organized shared inbox of customer requests and maintain an elevated level of service response.
- Forward customer orders and other CSR related activities to the local CSR or technical teams to process.
- Become a subject matter expert on the products we supply to make product suggestions and quotes for customers.
- Prepare customer quotes for sales professional review.
- Collaborate with sales executives and managers to help them grow the business. This could include but not limited to, looking for gap sales within current accounts, looking for prospect accounts within the sales professional territory and calling prospect accounts to find the correct contact.
- Update CRM as generated by sales coordinator activity. This does not include sales professional activity which will be maintained by that individual.
- Become profit managers by coordinating with selling executives to review all low margin items to provide substitutes or interface with vendors for additional cost support.
- Support the shopbunzlch.ca platform and drive customer set up through the ecomm team.
- Support key initiatives including omni channel touchpoints experiences.
Experience And Education
- College/University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset.
Requirements
- Direct experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI.
