Position: Supply Chain Co-op/Internship
Primary Location: Remote (Hybrid if you are based in the Toronto, ON area)
Schedule: Full-time
Reports To: Supply Chain Excellence & Customer Experience Director
Compensation: $20-22 per hour
The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
You must be currently enrolled in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Business, or a related field to be considered.

About This Role And About You
This position will collaborate with the supply chain team to support day-to-day operations. We have defined our student program to provide an opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic industry and to provide participants exposure to various aspects of the supply chain, including customer service, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. We are committed to providing mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals as well as networking opportunities within the company and industry.
Specific job responsibilities will be defined during the assignment aligned with the following:
- Data analysis and reporting related to inventory and order fulfillment
- Participating in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless coordination
- Assisting in the management of logistics carrier relationships
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process
Qualifications
- Education : Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Business, or a related field; second or third year preferable
- Experience : One or more previous work terms preferred but not required
- Duration : Flexible. Minimum of one semester (3-4 months). Preferably available for 8 or 12 months (full time or part time after the summer)
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
