Position: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Canadian business practices. This is an urgent position, and the successful candidate must be prepared to start work as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Ensure timely processing of customer orders with consistent follow-ups.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Lead and Sales Coordination: Diligently manage and follow up on phone sales and leads.
- Task Management: Maintain an organized system to track and follow up on all tasks.
- Deadline Management: Efficiently handle tight deadlines and prioritize urgent orders.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, including documentation, communication, and order processing.
- Work Under Pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by meeting different deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in office administration or a similar role, with strong familiarity with Canadian business practices and administrative systems.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; bilingualism is an asset.

- Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Work Location:
This is a fully in-office position located at 767 Credit Stone Rd, Vaughan, ON.
