This newly created position will play a key role in the improvement and success of our leads process. The ever-increasing volume and quality of leads and our ability to action and report back will help our sales teams deliver on our growth objectives.
The Leads team will be responsible for the leads process from creation through allocation through to reporting back and improving the process. The leads team will work closely with our sales and sales leadership teams to ensure an efficient and effective process to support our sales efforts.
The coordinator’s will support prime and aftermarket leads generated through Toromont, Caterpillar and 3rd party initiatives. The team will support all verticals.

In a typical day, YOU will:
- Qualifying leads (by phone, email or chat) coming from the websites, supplier platforms and other sources (internal leads for new customers, tradeshow, etc.)
- Assigning existing customer leads to the proper Sales Rep
- Following up on assigned leads to make sure the Sales Rep accepted/rejected the lead & quote is attached within the proper timeframes
- Escalate to Branch Manager/Product Support Sales Manager/Industry Managers when targets are not being achieved
- Closing new customer deals and low touch customers (work with colleagues for financing, customer account creation, etc.)
- Ensure efficient management of CRM tasks including customer and influencer updates, call reports and equipment updates.
- Managing leads dashboards and reports in CRM (review existing to optimize or build new)
- Coach and support sales team on how to follow lead process (attach quotes to leads, accepting/rejecting within the desired timeframe, etc.)

- 2+ years in Contact Center / Customer Support and Sales roles is an asset.
