Job Summary:
CSR Building Supplies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our drywall specialty business and expand our B2B market. This new and exciting position has excellent earning potential for someone eager to develop relationships with contractors and building material suppliers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and driven to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the drywall specialty and B2B sales market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors and building material suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and provide product expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Experience in B2B sales or working with contractors is an asset.
