YOUR ROLE
As a Bilingual (French) Customer Experience Specialist, you will interact with our Plan Members and their chosen dental and paramedical healthcare providers via phone, email and online chat in a call center setting. You are hybrid in office 2 days a week, and 3 days from home with the opportunity to work overtime as needed. The hours of the contact center are between 8 AM – 7 PM. You will create engaging and efficient customer experiences primarily discussing the details of the benefits plan coverage and the status of their claim submissions. This position is hybrid working from our Etobicoke and Woodbridge offices.

In your first month you will go through training in a virtual environment going through all the process, products and procedures necessary to be a subject matter expert in your new role.

- You are bilingual French speaking (written and verbal communication)

- You are tech savvy and can use the designated software at an advanced level.
THIS IS NICE
- You have 1+ years' experience in a customer facing role. Great if you come from a call center/customer service background.
- You have Post-Secondary Education
- You have participated in an employee group benefits plan as a plan member at a prior employer

YOUR COMPENSATION
At the time of this posting, the estimated pay range for this position is $45,000-$48,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the base pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
