Sport Driving Canada is seeking a full-time Bilingual Marketing Coordinator to join the team at Porsche Cars Canada (PCL) and the Porsche Experience Centre Toronto (PEC). The Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) is a brand immersion destination for automobile
enthusiasts. It offers the ability for guests of all ages to take in the
heritage of the brand, experience the Porsche lifestyle and the thrill of the
drive, allowing Porsche to build connections with people from all walks of life. Guests visit the PEC primarily to engage in driving experiences behind the wheel of a Porsche vehicle on a purpose-built driver development track.
Position Objective:
The Marketing Coordinator coordinates the interaction and scheduling between customers and Porsche Centres for the Porsche European Delivery Program to ensure the best possible experience for Porsche customers from order intake to delivery and return transportation logistics. A core focus on customer satisfaction and experience is essential. In addition, they will cover the New Vehicle Delivery Specialist at the PEC during its absence.
The role provides administrative support with meeting coordination. It will be the subject matter expert for Zycus, from raising PRs to processing invoices for the Marketing department and the Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) and supporting the team’s Managers in budget reconciliation.
From time to time, this role will assist in French proofreading and data input related to the configurator.
As the position supports our client, who is located in two (2) different offices, the individual will be required to work (at minimum) 1 day from the PEC in Pickering and 1 day at the head office in North York weekly.
Primary Responsibilities:
European Delivery:
· Coordinate the order process and operation of the European Delivery program to ensure a seamless delivery for customers.
· Resolve customer/Porsche Centre situations related to the Porsche European Delivery Program.
· Create action plans for handling and resolving any situations that affect the customer experience.
· Manage all partner relationships, including internal colleagues, Porsche AG counterparts, hotel vendors, tour companies, and transport agents.
· Respond to Porsche Centre inquiries professionally and promptly, building a strong rapport through regular communication with dealers.
· Assume the role of New Vehicle Delivery Specialist at the PEC using the same methodology as above, when principal is on leave.
Accounting Support:
· Ensure the Marketing Department and the PEC’s compliance by creating PRs with proper backup, channeling through the proper signature process and processing invoices promptly.
· Support team Managers with monthly BVA budget reconciliation.
Admin Support:
· Support the Event team by coordinating Clubs and Communities/ Morning Shift events at the PEC with the Sales and Marketing Manager at the PEC
· Support data input into PCCD during the key update period
· Assist the Marketing Department in French proofreading.
Autonomous Work Management:
· Work under the supervision of a director and be able to take guidelines from team Managers while maintaining a high level of self-directed initiative.
· Display independence and an entrepreneurial spirit in managing tasks and improving processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or College Degree in Administration/Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience
Experience (Job and Industry):
· 1-2 years experience in the automotive industry, preferred
· Advanced written and spoken French language required
Competencies:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Time management with ability to multitask and prioritize
· Data entry with attention to details
· Understand Accounting/Finance procedure
· Superior Communications skills
· Relationship Management
