We are seeking dynamic, versatile team-players who enjoy working with people. Must be a quick learner, have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality and have previous retail experience in a Pharmacy or Natural Health business.
Responsibilities:
Front Store
- Perform various customer service duties including greeting customers, ringing in sales using AutoStar POS system, product ordering, receiving inventory
- Supports merchandising related duties including inventory management, local marketing and POS related tasks
- Support the Front Store Manager by engaging with customers on natural and holistic health, including lifestyle and nutrition
Canada Post
- Preparing packages for shipping and postal pick up
- Handling customer inquiries related to post office
Must have a flexible schedule to work full time hours per week (up to 40 hours). We are open Mondays-Saturdays. May require Saturday shifts.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience and/or understanding of Canada Post processes
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, sort mail and stand for extended periods of time
- Sales experience and knowledge of Natural Health and Holistic Health supplements/products
- Must have Retail experience, interacting with customers, including processing sales and cash transactions
- Sales or Marketing experience will be considered an asset
