While most of our business focuses on purchasing and refining precious metals, we have a growing e-commerce store, 100ways.com, where we list and sell the nicest pieces.
About the Position:
We are hiring for a full-time customer service position. You will sit down with our customers to accurately determine the authenticity and value of their items. We are looking for someone who will provide great customer service - all training on gold testing and evaluation will be provided upon hire. This is a full-time position working 5 days a week at our Vancouver location.
Other responsibilities include keeping the store clean and organized as well as some administrative tasks

Your duties as a Precious Metals Analyst:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in person, over the phone and by email.
- Accurately assess customers’ precious metals in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work on other tasks and projects as assigned.

Hours:
This is full-time position, approximately 35 hours/week.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm depending on scheduled shifts.
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience.
