Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Partnerships Specialist to support and grow our business development efforts for our non-profit business. This intermediate-level role will provide an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to continue to advance their expertise in sponsorships and partnerships from both the private and public sector. Utilizing the Moves Management fundraising philosophy, the Specialist will grow a portfolio requiring ongoing cultivation, cultivation, and solicitation efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, a keen ability to build a professional network, and a track record of taking independent action to drive revenue attraction results.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Sponsorship and Partnership Sales: Support the Moves Management of potential sponsors and partners aligned with Foresight’s goals. Assist in securing sponsorships for events, programs, and Innovation Challenges.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating a keen ability to understand partner needs and align them with organizational goals.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of compelling sponsorship proposals and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Market and Industry Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential partners. Stay informed about industry developments to enhance partnership strategies.
- Collaboration and CRM Management: Collaborate closely with event, marketing, and project teams to support partnership activities. Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot) to track leads and provide insights to leadership.
- Representation: Represent Foresight at industry events, contributing to discussions, and promoting our initiatives with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Experience:
- Career Growth Enthusiasm: 2-3 years of experience in a partnership, fundraising, or business development role, with demonstrated potential to grow in this area.
- Initiative and Urgency: Proven ability to take independent action, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft clear and compelling proposals and presentations.
- Collaborative and Personable: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and develop strong professional relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Remote
RATE: $61,000-$69,000, plus benefits (key is best fit and experience for the role)
