Junior Sales Advisor - Modernizations

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and project management for services provided by the modernization department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. As a Junior Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills that can be used to work with customers
- Proven experience working with a team to collectively obtain goals
- Proven track record of success in a technical sales position
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization (i.e. President, Construction Managers, Field staff, Accounting)
- Experience in the construction or elevator industry preferred
Responsibilities:
- Meet company sales objectives
- Completing cold calls from our portfolio and minor -short term modernizations
- Foster and build relationships with customers
- Use strong negotiation skills to finalize contracts and reduce corporate risks
- Gain a full understanding of the products provided to benefit future sales
- Resolve issues with the customer and use to develop sales knowledge and techniques
- Prepare and maintain a customer database/information
- Always have attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals.
