Key Responsibilities:
- Primary focus will be managing trades received from clients and partners
- Balancing team inventory
- Provide variety of administrative and support tasks:
- including managing client files, processing transactions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client meetings;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial and personal information;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including those related to client privacy and confidentiality;
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner;
- This position requires the highest level of work ethic and confidentiality;
Skills and Qualifications:
- IIROC Licensing is expected for this position.
- Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to problem solve and think outside the box;
- 2+ years of experience trading & administrative;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Experience with Dataphile is an asset.
