Overview
We are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in administration and client management, with opportunities for professional growth within the company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, following up with clients and projects, and offering practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
Duties
- Schedule and deadline management: Organize meetings, calls, and key dates.
- Client communication: Communicate with clients (mainly in Spanish), respond to whatsapp, emails, coordinate documents, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Administrative support: Prepare and maintain internal documents such as contracts, reports, and databases.
- Project follow-up: Supervise pending tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Internal organization: Propose process improvements to optimize daily task management.
Experience
We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow professionally and is interested in administrative management and client service. We’re not looking for someone to simply complete tasks, but for someone who can bring ideas, take initiative, and help improve our processes.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in Spanish (basic to intermediate English is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Interest in learning about business management and administrative processes.
- Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Clio, Zoho Invoice) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
