What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development of clear and engaging non-technical content for proposals (RFPs, RFQs, SOQs, RFEOIs, etc.).
- Design proposal-specific graphics and visual elements using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Format proposals and associated documents to ensure professional presentation.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure proposals align with client requirements and KWL standards.
- Collaborate with team members to refine content and design for maximum impact.
- Maintain and update proposal content library.
- Maintain and update staff resumes and associated documents.
What You’ll Bring
- A positive and motivated personality!
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong attention to detail in both written content and visual presentation.-
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables under pressure.
- Persuasive writing experience, editing, and proofreading skills (technical/proposal writing experience would be an asset).
- Experience in the consultant or construction industry is an asset but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and be able to work with team members in a multi-disciplinary environment.

$52,000-$62,000, wage dependent on years of experience
