Nortown Air is a family owned heating and cooling contractor located in the GTA. We are a third generation company and have been in business since 1956. We are looking for a service coordinator to join our team.
We are currently looking for someone who is able to:
- answer and log incoming service calls
- prioritize and schedule emergency calls
- schedule preventive maintenance
- dispatch technicians
- source and order parts
- prepare quotations for customers
- review technicians work orders
- generate customer invoices for service work
- assist with on call
- assist with data entry
A Service Coordinator should have the following skills:
- well organized
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- comfortable on the phone
- ability to work well independently and with a team
- HVAC and/or customer service experience an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
