Job description – Project Coordinator

We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator. This position best suits an organized, self-motivated individual who is technologically savvy, has excellent communication skills, a mature approach to their work, and an ability to exercise sound judgment in responding to inquiries and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will take pride in the accuracy of their work.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders including clients, designers, builders, and architects to ensure all parties are aware of the progress on their project, changes, action items and deadlines.
Assist in the file start-up, monitor progress, and prepare purchase orders, modify proposals, and execute change orders as necessary.
Follow through on all related action items resulting from client meetings.
Verify contract and order details to ensure accuracy.
Prioritize and follow up on action items in a timely manner.
Help support order processing operations.
Coordinates project through to installation and completion
Prioritize activities from multiple files.
Assist team members as necessary.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred)
Minimum 2 years’ work experience and must have windows and doors experience
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in CAD for blueprint drawings would be an asset
Experience with SharePoint would be an asset
Able to work independently with minimal direction and to work well with others
