Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Warehouse Technology, this key leadership role will oversee/manage our Global WMS Support and Service Organization. This group pillar function owns traditional fulfillment center WMS production support for our strategic WMS application (Körber/HighJump Warehouse Advantage Platform,) but also partners with design and software engineering resources & owns the Product QC testing function. As such, it also has an active voice in WMS product development strategy. This organization also owns the critical functions of driving new site implementations and in product enhancement activation throughout the fulfillment center networks in both our North America and Europe/ Rest of World operating clusters.
The position is eligible for a hybrid working arrangement when responsibilities/ conditions support, but will need to be based in a key HelloFresh strategic fulfillment center or head office location.
You will…
- Manage, develop and mentor a team of (3-5) senior managers or managers, and their underlying analyst organizations seated in our fulfillment centers and office locations around the world
- Lead the organization that has Hellofresh worldwide direct responsibility for troubleshooting WMS technical issues and support global production environments to resolution
- Lead and drive any WMS issue escalation efforts with respective team members and department & operations leadership
- Manage relationships with 3rd party software/ support service providers & managed/drive escalations needs as applicable
- Partner with Global WMS Product and Software Engineering leadership on product management, owning the Unit and QC Testing functions in the software development lifecycle
- Own Global WMS software product rollout implementation, and production validation with operational business partners
- Coordinate/ partner with other WMS leaders in trouble shooting or managing changes to WMS integrations to other software tools or platforms
- Represent Global WMS team area as needed with any cross functional initiatives, working with colleagues in operations, automation, procurement, or upstream enterprise technology across both our North America and Global clusters
- Leverage internal resources/ partner with external team resources sourcing WMS application data to drive reporting/dashboards that enable improved operation visibility and performance
- Partner with appropriate infrastructure leadership on the setup and administration of Global WMS hosing server infrastructure and required failover/ redundancy standards
- Partner with appropriate infrastructure leadership teams to help drive oversee/maintain the deployment, support and service coordination for associated hardware devices like RF scanners, tablets, printers, and workstations
- Coordinate with a regional infrastructure leadership with the North America and International operating clusters to help support local network services as needed

- An effective, experienced leader able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detail
- Experienced in leading technical/operational employees in a support/ services function
- Someone with both strong supply chain operational process, and deep WMS technical domain expertise
- Comfortable driving/ building and managing with data analytics
- A strong communicator (both written and orally) who has the ability to work collaboratively and inspire/ motivate others in a team-based environment
- Oriented and inspired to mentor and further develop your team and support their career growth goals
- A roll up your sleeves type who is comfortable working with individuals at all levels of an organization
At a minimum you have…
- 10+ years of experience & a demonstrated history of success in overseeing a multi-site WMS deployment in an RF based distribution, manufacturing, or e-com fulfillment environment, direct experience with Koerber/HighJump ONE WMS is a plus
- 7+ years directly managing managers & analysts in a support or services function
- Proven experience with planning, managing, executing, and documenting software testing initiatives (experience driving automated software testing a plus)
- Experience managing reporting product and build functions with clear data strategy
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience: Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Degree preferred
- The willingness and flexibility to adjust to alternate work hours as occasionally required to support 24/7 warehouse/production operations, and a global organization with direct reports operating across multiple time zones
- The willingness and ability to travel 25-30% to HelloFresh fulfillment facilities in support of projects or platform rollouts or general team development
