We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op student to join our high-impact team at Loblaws within the PC-Services department. In this role, you will play a critical part in the exciting expansion of our no name mobile brand into the Quebec market while also providing general support for the category as needed.
Loblaws offers Canadians two prepaid brand options including no name mobile exclusively available at No Frills stores and PC-Mobile available at over one-thousand grocery store locations and at select Shoppers Drug Mart locations. Our prepaid mobile products are reliable, high-value and feature industry-leading pricing to help our Loblaw customers Live Life Well.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the planning and execution of retrofitting MAXI banner store locations from PC-Mobile to no name mobile.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, store leadership, PMO office and marketing to ensure a successful implementation of marketing and operational requirements.
- Build-out and execute new store audit process to assess planogram and inventory opportunities across all locations nationally. Lead action-planning to address gaps.
- Provide vacation coverage to the Customer Experience Ambassador, triaging all in-bound customer inquiries and escalating where applicable.
- Conduct regular competitive/market intelligence research and performance reporting analysis to identify key insights and make recommendations for next steps.
- Ad-hoc opportunities for general category support. Including communications, merchandising, promotional planning, website optimization, inventory & logistics and new store launches.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program, such as Business Administration, Marketing, etc.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Strong attention-to-detail with demonstrated accuracy working with large, complex sets of data and information
- Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
