We are a newly opening Korean restaurant in Tsawwassen, the first of its kind, committed to bringing the vibrant and delicious flavours of Korea to our community. Our mission is to create an inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy popular Korean dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. With a focus on both tradition and innovation, we aim to provide a memorable dining experience that reflects the warmth, hospitality, and rich culinary heritage of Korean culture. Must Have:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
- Open availability
- Reliable transportation
Duties:
- Assist Chefs with preparing and cooking of a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food handling procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
